Sunset in a Cup posted at 12:18 PM
Bring me the sunset in a cup
So that I may have it with me always
To have tranquil enchantment
On even the most melancholy of days
I want the luminous rays to lay their lips upon my skin
Warming the embodiment of my despairing introspection
The beaming aurora would devotedly embrace my body
Inducing a sense of comfort and alleviation
Bursts of flames synthesize in my cup
Colors such as persimmon, topaz, carmine, and cardinal
Dancing in harmony to the rhythm of nature
Certainly such a blessing could not be found in a mall
So year after year, I am everlastingly asked
"What present did you dream up?"
And year after year, I forevermore divulge
"Bring me the sunset in a cup"
